EMERSON 75 kr
Adapted from ‘The Old Waldorf-Astoria Bar Book’, 1935
Old Tom gin, Carpano Antiqua Formula, lime juice and a dash of maraschino liqueur: bigger, more bitter and more masculine that the Somerset, but delicious if that’s your fancy.
GEFÄHRLICH TOM COLLINS 75 kr

lemon, sugar and lots of soda water, with 3 drops of absinthe added.

Cuba, around 1900
Havana Club 7 years old Cuban rum mixed with coke and a good amount of lime.
DARK ‘N’ STORMY 85 kr
The national drink of Bermuda: when the hurricanes hit the island, people will crawl into safety and weather out the storm drinking this spicy mix of Gosling Black Seal rum and ginger beer.
FLYVERSJUS 65 kr
A Danish classic from when every man was a sailor, and a sailor was well
travelled adventurer and womanizer, besides being an incurable drunk:
Rød Ålborg and lemonade.
THE FRUITY SELECTION :
MAY TAI 95 kr
Trader Vic, 1944
Our interpretation of the Trader Vic classic uses a good measure of Jamaican rum,
a touch of aged rhum agricole, orgeat syrup, lime juice, Cointreau and a dash of sugar.
KYOTO 75 kr
Norway, 2000’s
A fan-fruity-tastic mix of mint, lemon, sugar, gin and passion fruit syrup, lengthened with a splash of lemonade.
COSMOPOLITAN 85 kr
New York, 1980’s
We are just tired of people who gets this drink wrong, so here’s to getting things right: The Cosmo is a semi tart cocktail made with vodka, Cointreau, lime juice and just a splash of cranberry juice, enough to give it a pink hue but not more.
CREAMY & SWEET :
WHITE RUSSIAN 85 kr
We don’t care how you are used to getting this: we like it this way - and so will you: vodka and kahlua stirred to perfection over ice, served in a coupe and tugged in under a thin vanilla cream blanket.
ESPRESSO MARTINI 85 kr
London, 1990’s
A shot of espresso shaken with vodka, Kahlua, a dash of sugar and 2 grains of salt. If you are not in the mood for something too sweet or creamy this is your huckleberry.
